It's ON! Bounce Group Surf Lesson this Saturday :)
Happy Friday Everybody :)
We have our first 2017 social activity booked in for the year, and thanks to the Summer heat we're having I think it's pretty perfect! We've organised a group learn to surf lesson thanks to Matty. Matty runs a surf school and is a fellow PT (trains the one and only Layne Beachley) and I'll be happily helping him and you out by pushing you onto some monstrous 1 foot barrels... ;) If you've never surfed before, don't worry - this is the perfect environment with good friends and a whole lot of fun!
There's an underlying problem when trying to identify the best diet or eating habits for health and weight loss. Understandthis principle firstand sorting out your nutrition and health will be a lot easier to clarify:
You're suffering some sort of symptoms and you're pretty sure it's a digestive problem but not sure where to start or what to blame... Know the feeling! Well good news, there's the simple way, and the hard way to sorting you out.
You can get a food intolerance or food sensitivity blood test done. These will take a small blood sample and test you against 60 - 200+ foods, colours, preservatives etc (the more you pay, the more they'll test!
AFood Intoleranceis simply when your body has a chemical reaction (as opposed to immune reactions in allergy's) and can't properly or completely process a food - resulting in sugars and proteins being only partially digested.
Some people can tolerate a reasonable amount of the food, but if they eat too much (or too often) they get symptoms because their body cannot tolerate unlimited amounts. The onset of symptoms can be almost immediate, or may be delayed by several hours; likewise the symptoms can be very subtle (bloating, slight lethargy) to severe (stomach cramps, IBS). These inconsistency's are why food intolerances are sometimes very difficult to identify.
