I know it's been hot and humid, but get ready for training to start :))
You have just a little bit of grocery homework to do before Monday to prep for our 10 Day Blast.
Drink a glass of water with lemon / lime OR apple cider vinegar. Have this as soon as you wake up, and if you're training that morning add some pink himilayan sea salt.

Sort out your breakfast. I'll help you with this when I see you, but the rules are:
No skim or light milk (too much sugar)
No coffee before 10am
Cereal is okay if whole grains and you have no side effects (bloating etc)
Almond milk is fine
Soy is questionnable
Add fresh fruit for vitamins and minerals
Protein is fine and I recommend you try a high protein breakfast to see how you feel - sliced meat, eggs, avocado.
And as usual, note any bloating or digestive discomfort.
Our goal is to:
1. Eliminate any food intolerances or anything that stressors your gut
2. Determine if your body prefers a high Protein, high Carb, or evenly mixed (most people) 50/50 diet. Myfitnesspal automatically calculates this
3. Then, and only then do we really look at calories - remember we're looking for ongoing health and not a quick calorie cutting fad!!! Again myfitnesspal will calculate calories automatically,which is why I've asked you to download the app.
All you have to do is
Saturday training is on at 7am, new clients feel free to come up for a trial, and then Monday is kick off day so please please please have your morning food ready to go ;)
