We've got a BOXING SQUAD class starting this Wednesday! Some of you are starting to show a cool interest for boxing, so this class is designed to be more technical with focus on footwork, punching technique, and eventually ring craft. Sara will be helping out to take some of these sessions to take advantage to ask the more subtle questions and improve your speed and power.

2. A lot are still struggling with evening and lunch meals due to work hours. I'm working with a foodie next week to organise some TASTY meals which you can pick up from the gym.
They'll all be sugar free, grain free, and dairy free but YES we're only doing this with recipes that taste bloody good!.. Plus a couple of desserts!!!
So there's a lot going on this month, but it's all pretty damn exciting to be honest. The last of the new equipment is arriving Thursday so get ready all you squatters and deadlifters,and hope you all enjoy the new class timetable!
