Can You Believe Summer's Over!?
But not to worry - we'll be moving our morning training indoors in APRIL. Charlotte is back for those who weren't sore (and hence absent!) last Thursday, and we're putting together a timetable to take effect after Easter.
Yes Easter seems a long way off, but I'm away from March 15th for some diving, snorkelling, white water rafting and waterfalling(?) in Bali... I know, I'll miss you all too!
From your feedback there will be a couple of changes with the new Timtable:
"How do I burn Fat? Can I have a cheat Meal and no put on weight?"
Two of the most common first questions ask me, and the answer.... Yes; to an extent ;))
The key advice to remember is this: "Your body doesn't want to store fat, it's fighting it's hardest not too, but has been forced to."
This is important because many people look at their weight gain like prison. They see fat around their waist as 'punishment' for being 'bad' (not exercising, not eating cleanly etc).
Monday - Thursday Training
Well it's been a great start to the year. Most are on their way to the pre-Christmas weight, which isn't too bad considering it's been three weeks off and only a single week back!
Now, Sara and I are off to Melbourne Monday to Thursday afternoon, hence the 8 Week Challenge won't start until week commencing 26th Jan.
BUT fear NOT!
When you were growing up, did your parents continuously ask you to eat your vegetables? Yet did they encourage a wider variety of colourful vegetables not only green? As an adult or parent, you are no longer satisfied by the plain salads however looking for fresh colourful fruits and vegetables from your veggie patch or the famers’ market.
By consuming a wide variety of colourful foods, it is a big plus on the healthy scale. But are you aware why colourful fruits and vegetables are good for you?
Hello Everyone and happy 2015!
I hope you've all had a fantastic Christmas and New Years, and for those travelling a safe holiday. I'm pretty excited to get back next week, and YES there's a new timetable!... Plus there's a bit of work in the Groups gym room I want to get through which you'll all enjoy! ;))
So first things first. Classes are back from this Monday, the 12th of January.
The new timetable is attached below, and this link will help explain the new classes:
It's going to be GOOD!
There is a 25% OFF Eight Week Special for unlimited classes for $270 - I'm offering this to all of you! The idea being I would love the bulk of us to start and finish the cycle at the same time to help with programming and testing.
Sara and I are away for the Australian Open January 19th, so here's the plan:
If you would like to take up the 8 Week Special offer, we'll be starting it from Monday 26th (Australia Day) so all holidays are done and everyone has settled back to work (yes of course you can start a week later if need be ;).
In the meantime, you can just carry on with your usual casual payments and there's a few with 8 week packs still carried over from last year.
Secondly; For those looking to lose weight, let's really make the new Nutrition session a great time and place to sort our your diet and cheat meals. I'd also like to put a facebook Group together - the idea being it's private from what I understand; will find out more on Wednesday when I train a social marketing company ;) Any ideas here would be great.
As a challenge for 2015, I've set a goal of writing a book - and the questions and material we cover in the Nutrition groups will be a great angle to work from.
So in the meantime, limber up, enjoy the holidays for those still 'partying,' and get excited because you're going to love this new timetable!!
Any questions, please fire away, otherwise hope to see you all next week!
Committed to your success,

The average Australian will put on a kilo or two over the Christmas Holidays.
Christmas is hardly a time to be trying to shed excess kilos. You've got to be realistic – aim to keep your weight stable over the holiday season and simply not put on any.
