How to Make a Pledge for Your Health and Charity

People are motivated by different means.
For some, the benefits are enough to keep them on track:
- healthier digestive system
- sleeping better
- fat loss
- stress relief

​But others are better motivated at the thought of LOSING something:
- weight gain
- feeling sluggish
- skin break outs

The thought of LOSING MONEY is a massive motivator to keep things on track (my private health fund needs urgent attention). So I've got a way to keep your health & fitness motivation while also supporting the Make a Wish Foundation!

​How do we create a win / win?...

Say hello to our Bounce Pledge Wall.

​Next week, I'll be asking all of you to participate in making a four week pledge.
  1. You'll write down how many training sessions you do over the corresponding four weeks (include running / sport etc).
  2. You'll then place money in our box (as little or much as you think will keep you motivated).
  3. You'll tick off your sessions on our wall
If you reach your goal, congratulations! Take your money back and smile at a job well done.
If you don't reach your target, congratulations! Your money will go straight to the Children's Hospital :) 

A new client yesterday, (sorry Rob) confessed to buying TWO gym memberships in the past, and made it to the gym twice.
First time to join up (cancelled over the phone)
Second time to join up to a second gym.

NOOOO! Don't be Rob this year, Make a Pledge, get sorted with your nutrition sit-down, and get going with our unlimited groups; bounce back in 2016 ;)
