Can You Believe Summer's Over!?
But not to worry - we'll be moving our morning training indoors in APRIL. Charlotte is back for those who weren't sore (and hence absent!) last Thursday, and we're putting together a timetable to take effect after Easter.
Yes Easter seems a long way off, but I'm away from March 15th for some diving, snorkelling, white water rafting and waterfalling(?) in Bali... I know, I'll miss you all too!

From your feedback there will be a couple of changes with the new Timtable:
  • Tuesday's Abs & Core will extend to 45 minutes
  • Saturday mornings will shift to 7:15am for that extra snooze
  • Charlotte is BACK
  • All morning classes will move indoors, with use of the courts in decent weather ;)
  • Bounce is now on Instagram @bouncefitnesssydney so search away to jump on board!
