Thank god! An exercise we can all enjoy whilst burning plenty of calories!! Sex can burn up to 170 calories an hour…just enough to burn off that bag of chips you snacked on at lunch! Apart from the obvious pleasures we get from sex, it can also have amazing health benefits too. Below are some of the advantages we can get from having lots of sex!!

  • Sex lowers stress levels
  • Improves sleep: The hormone oxytocin increases when you have sex, and the heightened level helps you sleep better
  • Reduce the risk of Heart Disease: Research has shown that men who have sex two or more times a week cut their risk of developing heart disease in half
  • Boosts immunity
  • Strengthens pelvic floor muscles
  • Relieves congestion
  • Men in their 20s can cut their chance of getting prostate cancer by 1/3 by ejaculating more than five times a week
  • Pain killer: Both arousal and orgasm trigger the production of oxytocin, which then initiates a sensational rush of endorphins and corticosteroids – both fairly potent pain killers

It’s simple…sex can make us feel and look more youthful. It boosts self-esteem and contributes to emotional and physical well-being. Have more sex and enjoy staying healthy the fun way!!! J
