Bounce Fitness offers indoor and outdoor boxing classes in North Sydney and Waverton. Boxing classes offer a high intensity cardio work out as part of our group training to improve your fitness and tap into your fat burning metabolic zones in a really fast and social class!

All our sessions are set to time, so everyone starts and finishes together (no one gets left behind!) and suit absolute beginners to intermediate's generally looking to lose 5 or more kilo's ;)

Boxing Class Overview

Class Sizes: Generally 5 -10 people. I've continually added more weekly sessions to lower the number in each class to ensures personal attention to everyone.
Location: At our North Sydney gym, 37 Ridge Street. This gives us the best of all worlds; better access to equipment use and indoor option during increment weather; with the availability of our tennis courts for outdoor use on sunny days. 
FREE Parking available. The council car park below charges a fee - so stick to the street ;)
Class Access: Yes you have UNLIMITED access to all our classes, I want to give you the availability to train as often as possible and I hope the largest North Sydney timetable can help you achieve this.

Boxing classes involve various boxing combinations which our Ladies love to learn!.. Boxing targets every part of your body and is a fun and effective way to increase your cardiovascular fitness very quickly and first timers will learn a 6 punch combo in their first session!

HIIT Boxing
This is a great session to help you learn or develop technique, while getting a killer work out. Using Intervals and Tabata sytems we've designed boxing classes to maximise your cardiovascular fitness and fat loss through high intensity exercise followed by rest (typically 30 secs on / 10secs off) for three to four minutes.

Each round you'll still learn new combo's and since it's all set to time, regardless o your fitness we'll all start and finish together.

Before you ask, no I'm not cooking you dinner!
For each new client we book a time to sit down, one on one, and run through your daily eating. No need to stress, we focus on the weekdays to start with and target the small changes which will give you the fastest health, digestive, and weight loss results.
Together, we'll put an eating plan in place which is practical for your work and any travels committments.

Why the Timetable Works for You

We allow you to effectively train all your energy systems to efficiently burn fat, tone muscles, and allow you sufficient recovery to train throughout the week. We do this by alternating between Boxing and Resistance training days (Bootcamp and Legs & Abs) to ensure:
  1. You receive an overall health and fitness improvement thanks to a focus on each required aspect of fitness -
  2. You have recovery days between resistance work outs (Bootcamp and Legs & Abs classes)
  3. You have variety in training
  4. You can still train four times per week even if you only wish to participate in one style of class ie some clients only attend the Bootcamps, so naturally it makes sense to spread them throughout the week!

Our North Sydney Gym

Our Lunch time Bootcamp and Boxing Fitness classes are held at our Gym on 37 Ridge Street, North Sydney. Our Clients prefer this location over local Parks due to the access to our changerooms and showers before heading back to work.
With access to all the gym equipment, Sam holds the classes outdoors on one of our tennis courts where the tunes can be heard loud and clear!

Brennan Park, Waverton

Just off the Highway, Brennan Park is a central location for Crows Nest, Waverton and North Sydney residents and ideal locationfor bootcamp classes!
Plenty of parking along Hazelbank Rd and King St, it's a beautifully secluded park set below street level.
