Bootcamp training classes use proven circuits to combine strength and cardiovascular exercises to create the ultimate overall body workout. Designed to improve your muscle tone and strength, stamina and reduce body fat, by combining bodyweight and resistance training. If you're looking for fast and effective fat loss, then this is the class for you! Group classes Waverton and North Sydney

Boxing Class
Beginners learn a 6 Punch Combo in your very first class!
Boxing is a great session to help you learn or develop technique, while getting a killer work out. Using Intervals and Tabata sytems we've designed boxing classes to maximise your cardiovascular fitness and fat loss. Each round you'll still learn new combo's and since it's all set to time, regardless of your fitness we'll all start and finish together.
Special attention is given to ensure your partnered with someone of similar ability and strength.
Boxing classes available in North Sydney and Waverton.
