Healthy Recipe: TUNA & APPLE SALAD (O/RP/BP)

I don't think a complete Ratio meal can be so quick and simple... have you got a spare 4 minutes? Protein, Carbs and Fat, everything you need for a complete healthy meal, and easy to prepare... And no cooking!

Points:
Orange (carrot); Red Purple (red apple); Bonus Point (apple)

Serves 1

Cooking Time: 4 minutes




Ingredients:
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red apple
  • 5 crushed macadamia nuts

Cooking Directions: 
  1. Slice your apple and add to a bowl
  2. Chop the carrot into the bowl
  3. Add the tuna
  4. Top with the macadamia nuts

Nutritional Ratio's:
Calories 314; Carbohydrates 20g; Protein 15g; Fat 15g

Healthy 'diets' can be so easy!.. But you certainly won't go hungry with this simple meal.
