Healthy Recipes: STEAK SALAD (R/YG/W)

Simple, clean and easy to take to work; this protein rich suits those looking for a good protein meat diet with very simple, yet healthy, ingredients.

Points: 
Yellow/Green (avocado, cucumber & spinach); Red (cherry tomatoes); White (onion) 

Serves 2

Time: 15 minutes






Ingredients:
220g lean fillet steak
6 Cherry Tomatos
Lettuce and Rocket
Half an Avocado
Half a red onion
Half a cucumber
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
Pepper

Cooking Directions:
  1. Grill your steak for three to five minutes each side
  2. Sprinkle with Pepper to your preferred taste
  3. Mix together your salad, drizzle with olive oil and then your lemon and enjoy!
