So simple, full of flavour and pretty much zero calories. This is a great dinner or lunch snack when you don't feel like anything too filling.

Ingredients:
- 3 Broccoli heads
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 2 cloves of crushed Garlic
- 1/3 cup of water
- 2 lemons
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Healthy Cooking Directions:
- Meanwhile, heat the coconut oil in a frying pan on medium heat
- Cut the broccoli into small pieces
- Saute the broccoli and garlic until it is bright green; around 2 minutes
- Add the water, then cover and steam for 5 minutes
- Add the juice of one lemon, plus the salt and pepper.
