Healthy Recipes: STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST (R/YG)

Here's a quick and tasty protein recipe which is just as easily packed for tomorrows lunch. 

Points: 
Red (tomato); Yellow / Green (spinach)

Cooking and Preparation Time 40 minutes

Serves 2

Ingredients:
  • 300 grams skinless Chicken Breast
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • Chopped tomato
  • Shredded spinach
  • Thyme and Rosemary seasoning to taste

Directions:
  1. Slice the middle of your chicken to form a pocket to stuff
  2. Spread your tahini into each chicken pocket and fill with spinach and tomatos (or any other vegetable you want for Points!)
  3. Add your seasonings and place your closed chicken breast in a baking dish
  4. Bake in the over for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.

Calories 182; Carbohydrates 6g; Protein 21; Fat 10g

If you're looking for some Carbs, add some brown rice to the dish. Packed with protein to keep you lean and strong!
