Juice Recipe: DETOX CLEANSERS (YG/G)

This green detox cleansers is great for your digestive system and sneaks in an extra dose of iron (ladies you need extra iron during your period and pregnancy). It also delivers more than your daily rec of vitamin K—another must for blood and bone health. Don't just think detox, this is a great juice for any healthy diet and a fast way to pack in your green vegetables for the day.
Points:
Green (kale); Yellow / Green (green grapes, cucumber)
Ingredients:
Remove the core from your apple. Add ingredients to your blender and occasionally scrape down the sides. Blend until smooth - if you can stomach it please leave in the 'chunks' - there's your good fibre! This can be refridgerated for up to two days, shake before serving.

- 1 sliced cucumber
- 1 small Granny Smith apple
- 1/2 cup water
