For a juice, this baby packs in some protein making it great for a pre or post workout preparation. Almonds help repair muscles and contain twice the potassium as bananas to help balance your electrolyte and fluid levels. The sweet potato or a medium GI, making them perfect for an exercise workout or recovery from training.

- 1/4 cup of raw almonds
- 100g of Sweet Potato
- Half a cup of Water
Juicing Directions:
- Core and peel your oranges and sweet potato
- coarsely chop the sweet potato and crush your almonds
- Blend together
