Juice Recipe: LIQUID REFUELLER (OY/O)

For a juice, this baby packs in some protein making it great for a pre or post workout preparation. Almonds help repair muscles and contain twice the potassium as bananas to help balance your electrolyte and fluid levels. The sweet potato or a medium GI, making them perfect for an exercise workout or recovery from training.

Points:
Orange / Yellow (oranges); Orange (sweet potato)

Ingredients:
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1/4 cup of raw almonds
  • 100g of Sweet Potato
  • Half a cup of Water


Juicing Directions:
  1. Core and peel your oranges and sweet potato
  2. coarsely chop the sweet potato and crush your almonds
  3. Blend together 

Nutrition Ratio's per Serving:
Calories 200; Carbohydrates 30g; Protein 6g; Fat 9g (saturated 0.7)
