Juice Recipe: VITAMIN HEALTH BOOSTER (RP/YG/BP)

This power packed health booster packs vitamins A, B, C, and E - a fuel your whole body can use! Pack these colours in to your diet through a juice for a quick hit of Red / Purple colours which can otherwise be hard to find when berries are out of season

Points:
Red/Purple (red apple and cherries); Yellow / Green (pear); Bonus Point (pear)

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium red apple
  • 2 medium Pears
  • Half a cup of Cherries


Juice Preparation:
  1. Remove the core of your pears and apple. 
  2. Combine and blend, scraping down sides occasionally, until smooth. If desired, thin with water. 
  3. Garnish with fresh cherries
  4. Refrigerate up to 2 days (shake before serving).
