45 mins Sessions $75
Suits those who are new to gym training or looking for more specific rehabilitation or professional guidance.

Weights For Optimal Results & Shape
2 X 30mins Sessions per week $99
For those wanting Gauranteed Results in the time only effective resistance training with your Personal Trainer can provide! Suits those who wish compliment their PT sessions with cardio work outside or in the gym

Premium Personal Training Results Package:

3 X 30mins Sessions per week $135
For those who are motivated and want solid, consistent Guaranteed Results. Your Personal Trainer will work with you in session One to determine some short and longer term goals and this Package will teach you everything you need to improve your habits and reshape your life.
