Healthy Diet Recipes to Lose Weight

I don't like the word Diet. The thing is, when Client's feel like they are on a Diet, it empowers and motivates them to stick to it. So let's compromise, and call this a Diet, but understand that it's just healthy eating with a sexy D-word name to help adherence ;)

I've included the Points in each meal title to help you discover recipe's containing the positive colours you may be lacking and struggling with ideas to find. You'll also probably be surprised at the sometimes high fat content in some meals. Please remember, these are healthy fats (which ironically can be used to help burn your body fat!) and when you cut out sugar and starch, obviously your protein and fat ratio will increase.

These are not set in stone, Add more colours, change the ratio's to suit your Metabolic Type, and most importantly, share your thoughts, experiences and please ask any questions! This is for You, I want this to be as simple and easy to follow as possible for You.
